How to apply an out-of-service urinal cover

Use a consistent four-step process to cover, tear, label and later remove the material.

Prepare

Confirm the fixture should be unavailable and follow the facility’s sanitation and safety procedure.

Pull material from the roll and position the adhesive side around the fixture.

Separate at the perforation and apply the appropriate status label visibly.

Once authorized for use, remove the cover and adhesive residue and return the fixture to service.
